- · Try not to skip your meals as it leads to gas formation and problems like headaches, stomach pain and also results in obesity.
- · Drink plenty of water in a day as much as you can. Water acts a natural detoxifier and helps in getting rid of all useless substances collected in our body. Drink at least 7-8 glass of water in a day. Water also has an impact to make your skin look young and make it glow.
- · Make a weekly timely table of eating nutritious food. Like, it will help in to what to eat on which day so that our body will not be deficient of any monosaccharides and disaccharides. Like maintain time table like this: on Monday eat green leafy farm fresh vegetables, pulses, chapati and brown rice whereas on weekend take meat/fish so that you make sure that body’s requirement is fulfilled with all kinds of sources it requires.
- · Consume only 25gm sugar a day otherwise it will lead to obesity and chubby cheeks, as sugar easily accumulates easily in the cheek region.
- · Exercise and Yoga is the key to a healthy being. Make habit of going for a walk daily early in morning. Exercise burns calories and boost up your stamina and helps you to stay active whole day.
