- 1 cup milk, chilled
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp saffron milk / kesar milk
- ¼ cup grapes, chopped
- 5 strawberry, chopped
- ¼ cup mango, chopped
- ¼ cup orange, chopped
- 2 tbsp raspberry
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup apple, chopped
- 1 tbsp almonds / badam, chopped
- 1 tbsp cashew / kaju, chopped
- 6 scoop vanilla ice-cream, for serving
- 1 tbsp pistachios / pista
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE :
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
firstly, in a large blender take 3 banana and 1 cup
milk.
2.
blend banana to a smooth puree.
3.
transfer the banana puree to a large bowl.
4.
add ¼ cup honey and 2 tbsp saffron milk.
5.
also add 1½ cup of a variety of chopped fruits like grapes,
strawberry, mango, orange, raspberry, pomegranate seeds and apple.
6.
further add dry fruits like almonds, cashew and pistachios.
7.
additionally, add 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well to a
smooth creamy consistency.
8.
transfer to a serving jar and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
9.
finally, garnish with pomegranate seeds, honey and serve
fruit salad.
