HEALTHY EGG CURRY RECIPE-GROCIONOIDA

This recipe is a flavorful and healthy recipe which is enjoyed almost by everyone. Usually,North Indian dishes doesn’t require more than 15 minutes to be prepared. This can be savoured in lunch or dinner and can be served with brown rice or chapatti. Don’t forget to garnish this mouth watering recipe with a few leaves of coriander. • ·      3 egg
• ·        salt As required
• ·        3/4 onion
• ·        1/2 piece ginger
• ·        red chilli As required
• ·        1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
• ·        1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
• ·        1 and 1/2 cup water
• ·        3/4 tomato
• ·        1 and 1/2 green chilli
• ·        3 cloves garlic
• ·        1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• ·        1 and 1/2 tablespoon virgin olive oil

For Garnishing

·        

1 and 1/2 tablespoon coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE THE DISH :

·        Step 1

Heat 2 cups of water in a pan and add a pinch of salt and 1/2 spoon of olive oil in it. Bring it to a boil and add the eggs in it. Once boiled, take the pan off the flame and remove the shells of the eggs. Cut the eggs into cubes and keep them aside to cool down.

·        Step 2

Next, chop the onion, ginger, garlic cloves and green chilies and keep them aside. Next, add the tomato to a blender jar and blend it to make a thick paste. Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a wok over a medium flame and add garlic cloves along with ginger in it. Saute them until they turn soft and you can smell the aroma of garlic. Now add the onions along with green chilies. Let the onions become soft and turn golden brown in color.

·        Step 3

Next, season this mixture with spices like turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt. Mix the ingredients well until you can smell the cooked spices. Once done, add the blended tomato paste to this and stir it to coat all the ingredients with spices.

·        Step 4

Once the gravy becomes thick, add the chopped egg cubes and mix them in the curry to coat them evenly. Let the dish simmer for a while and stir it occasionally. Once done, Take it off the flame and transfer the dish in a serving bowl.

·        Step 5

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.

MUGLAI PANEER RECIPE - GROCIO: ONLINE GROCERY STORE

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

·             250 gms Paneer chopped in the cube

·             3 tbsp Ghee

·             3 medium Onions

·             1/4 cup Cashews Nut

·             2 Green Chilli

·             2 tsp. Ginger and Garlic paste

·             50 Gm Mawa

·             1/2 cup Fresh Cream

·             1 Black Cardamom

·             2 Green Cardamom

·             2 Cloves

·             4-5 Black Pepper

·             1/2 tsp Jeera

·             Salt to taste

·             Fresh Coriander for garnishing

METHOD OF PREPARING:

·             Boil onion, cashew nuts, and green chili along with 3/4cup of water in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 mins.

·             Cool and grind to a smooth paste. Keep it aside.

·             Heat ghee in a pan, add Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Black pepper, and Jeera.

·             When aroma comes out add ginger garlic paste and 2tbsp water.

·             Cook for a few minutes, add onion cashew nuts paste and cook it on low flame till oil shows separately

·             Add Khoya cook for 2-3 mins.

·             Add water and salt and mix it well with the paste. Cook it on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

·             Add cream and the paneer cubes and stir very gently. Simmer for a minute.

·             Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander.

·             Serve hot with rotis or rice.
