The Famous Lassi : Drink Made Of Curd-GrocioNoida.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED TO PREPARE THE LASSI :

·        Six to seven bowls of chilled Curd or Yogurt
·        10 tablespoons of sugar
·        Ice cubes and 2 cups water
·        Cardamom powder.
·        Few strands of saffron
·        RoohAfza Sharbat.
·        Dry Fruits




Step 1

For making Rooh Afza lassi, blend in curd, milk, water and sugar in a blender.

·        Step 2
Adjust the consistency by adding more milk or water if you find it very thick or sourness is more. Once done, remove in a big bowl.

·        Step 3
Add in rose syrup(Rooh Afza) and mix check for sugar, sourness add more ingredients which suits your taste best.

·        Step 4
Refrigerate the drink and mix in almonds(roasted) before serving chilled.
