Cardamom powder.

How To Prepare

Step 1
For making
Rooh Afza lassi, blend in curd, milk, water and sugar in a blender.

Adjust
the consistency by adding more milk or water if you find it very thick or
sourness is more. Once done, remove in a big bowl.

Step 3
Add in
rose syrup(Rooh Afza) and mix check for sugar, sourness add more ingredients
which suits your taste best.

Step 4
Refrigerate
the drink and mix in almonds(roasted) before serving chilled.
