Express Delivery :
Order Delivery timing for Express Delivery is 7 AM - 7 PM Daily, with last order timing, is 7 PM.
Your Order will be delivered within 90 minutes, our charges for Express Delivery orders are just 39rs only.
Standard Delivery :
We offer four different delivery slots available for Standard Delivery Orders named as “Morning, Mid-Morning,  Afternoon and Evening". Here’s the processing cycle in brief-
Morning Slot (7 am - 10 am)    Order receiving timing for this slot: Order received previous day until 7 pm.
Mid-Morning Slot  (11 am - 1 pm)     Order receiving for this slot: Order received previous day until 7 pm.
Afternoon Slot (2 pm - 5 pm)   Order receiving timing for this slot: Order received same day until 10 am.
Evening Slots (6 pm to 10 pm)   Order receiving timing for this slot: Order received same day until 2 pm.
If your Cart Value is less than RS.500 a minimal amount of Rs. 29 will be charged to deliver your order.
Minimum Cart Value to avail free delivery is Rs. 500*







We have multiple options for making payment both online and offline. A customer can pay for their order via Online payment, E-wallets, POS & Cash. Alternatively, one can pay at the time of delivery by Cash or POS using credit/debit cards.
Payments Gateways
We have partnered with PayUMoney for all incoming and outgoing transactions through our website. Our trusted payment gateway is in accordance with the law as stated by RBI and is secured with required encryption and ensures the safety of your transactions and transaction-related details.
E-wallet Services

Payment using POS
You can make the payment using POS facility through your credit/debit card by selecting Card on Delivery Option at checkout. We will make sure to carry POS machines with us for Cash on Delivery options as well. However, in certain cases (when you select Cash on Delivery option) we may or may not carry POS.
Cash
You can make the payment using cash by selecting ‘Cash on Delivery’ option at checkout. We accept cash only in Indian denominations & Currency. We recommend you to keep change whenever possible for the convenience while order delivery.
   


Order Cancellation:
You can cancel and update your order when the status of your order is in "PROCESSING" and not after that. For order cancellation or update, just call us at 9213118118 or write us at info@grocio.in with your order id, name and registered mobile number.
Order Returns:
You can return your ordered product/s at the time of delivery (We have no objection policy for returning of products) and the refund shall be made to your e-wallet. We don’t make instant refunds in any form or in any other mode other than e-wallet.

Refunds:
The refund shall be made only for returned products, returned orders, or any other product/quality issues. We cross-check the product before processing refunds from our side.
We make refunds in your Grocio e-wallets only. We don’t offer refunds in cash or any other mode.Your refunds may take processing time anywhere between 24 hours to 96 hours depending on the case.
In case of payment failure and money deduction from your bank account/credit card, our payment gateway partner would process the refund automatically and you will get the complete refund back to your account/card within 5-7 working days.
