So let's try some mouthwatering different paneer recipe.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
· 1/4 cup Cashews Nut
· 50 Gm Mawa
· 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
· 4-5 Black Pepper
METHOD OF PREPARING:
· Boil onion, cashew nuts, and green chili along with 3/4cup of water in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 mins.
· Cool and grind to a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
· Heat ghee in a pan, add Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Black pepper, and Jeera.
· When aroma comes out add ginger garlic paste and 2tbsp water.
· Cook for a few minutes, add onion cashew nuts paste and cook it on low flame till oil shows separately
· Add Khoya cook for 2-3 mins.
· Add water and salt and mix it well with the paste. Cook it on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
· Add cream and the paneer cubes and stir very gently. Simmer for a minute.
· Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander.
· Serve hot with rotis or rice.
